Welcome to my first blog entry. I've been reading the story of the farmer with two sons. One wastes his inheritance, comes to his senses and seeks forgiveness. The other helps his dad, does all the right things but cannot forgive his brother OR his dad for welcoming him back home. I'm ashamed to think that there may be more of the elder son in me than I'd like to admit. God is so recklessly extravagant but when I'm hurt i demand payment. Hmmmm
